From 2000 to 2005 Las Vegas Real Estate appreciated nearly 50% per year.  A home 1,400 square foot home in the Vegas Valley which sold for $125,000 in 2000 is now selling in the low $300,000 range.  In 2005 the home market is expected to slow over 2004's record pace but probably only the cost of gasoline or a general downturn in the over all economy will stop this phenomenon of housing growth. 

Everything is selling Condos, Single Family Residences, Track Housing - everything for record amounts and in near record time.
